All Abilities Neurodiversity Inclusion Projects are designed to connect individuals via creative, social, and well-being programmes nationwide.
Our programmes are designed and developed to suit all ages and needs including Autism, Dyspraxia,Dyslexia and ADHD individuals and families.
The aim is to bring a little sparkle into everyone's life, make them feel confident, and boost their self-esteem, as we are all different but equal at the same time.

The programme contains a variety of dancing classes, drama, creative writing, public speaking and more. We provide those classes to our members, schools and organisation.

Our Teachers
Cian Ó Ceallacháin is a Drama Teacher, Theatre Director, and Playwright from Dun Laoghaire and the founder of Underdog Theatre Productions.
As a Drama Teacher, he has worked with organizations such as Drama Beans, Play Act Drama, Emerald Language Schools, An Cosan and has taught in schools and Third Level Drama Societies across Dublin.
His Theatrical credits include School for Dinosaurs, Aislings Seven (The Central Bank Heist), The Collector (In collaboration with Daniel Wade) and many more productions.
He is also a writer for the website Geek Ireland, a member of the Nerd to Know Media Podcast, and is the proud owner of an ever-growing collection of bow-ties.
Sam Mooney is a graduate of DCU, holding a joint honours degree in English and
Music, as well as a master's in Creative Writing.
Having recently completed her term as Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion in DCU’s Student Union, Sam played a pivotal
role in amplifying the voices of minority groups and organising inclusive events like
Disability Awareness Week and Rainbow Week.
As a spoken word artist, she has performed at numerous venues and competitions. Sam’s passion lies in the intersection
of arts, inclusivity, and self-expression, particularly through her work in delivering
creative writing classes.
With a passion for fostering a love of dance, Hannah believes in the power of movement as a form of expression and connection. Her classes are designed to be both engaging and supportive, encouraging participants to explore their own unique rhythms and styles. Hannah's inclusive approach ensures that everyone feels welcome and capable, creating an environment where creativity can flourish and confidence can grow. Whether it's through lively group sessions or personalised one-on-one coaching, Hannah's dedication to her craft and her students shines through, inspiring all who join her to discover the joy of dance.
Michael Bowler has been tutoring groups since 2004. He specialises in Creative Writing, Drama, English as a Second Language and Film-Making.
He has worked in theatre, film, TV and journalism.
His most recent tutoring for All Abilities was
Creative Writing and Drama for adults in Banagher in 2024.
His most recent scripting work was writing (based on the director’s ideas) the scripts for a four part web series shot in Poznan, Poland.
Denise has worked in the area of health and wellbeing for over 30 years.
She holds an MSc. in Mindfulness-Based Interventions, UCD (2019) and is currently facilitating a range of mindfulness courses including the .b Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. Denise is trained in the Mindfulness in Schools Project and constantly delivers the children’s mindfulness in schools programs. Her current projects consist of the Mindfulness as part of the community wellbeing program with Fingal County Council and the
Southside Women’s Action Network.
"Emma is a fun-loving Psychologist who facilitates the Belonging + Transition & Peers Social Skills programme. She has experience working in student mental health, teaching children with special needs and running children's parties! She's energetic, enthusiastic about bringing out the best in each child, and strives to be inclusive of all the differences that make each child special."
