Our programme offers: Dance sessions and drama activities, SMART Moves programme, musical workshops, guitar lessons, photography clubs, sensory art, make-up and much more.

We can provide bespoke online activity days for children & teenagers including those with additional needs, enabling adults engage in self development or training.

Practical Work Experience: in association with local businesses and national agencies. 

Supported Job Placement: 

We cater to the needs of those with hidden disabilities, ADHD, ADD, ASD, Dyspraxia and Dyslexia, many of whom have third level qualifications and due to social, emotional, planning or organisational issues relating to their conditions, can't hold down a job long term. 

We provide supported Administration, Web Design, Marketing & CAD roles within our company and support business sponsored roles within and outreach in the community.

Business Collaboration: 

We work with local businesses who outsource work to us and in turn create employment within All Abilities for those marginalised and excluded from regular employment. Over time supported by our volunteer staff, they gain the skills required to excel and obtain a job in their own right to become a fully functional member of society. 

Business Sponsorship:

Also for a little as €50 per week, you can enable us to support a participant with ADHD, Autism or Dyslexia through onsite training and work experience, to be job ready and use their qualifications to become financially independent.
